Exterior Recovery Co completely redid the outside of our house–built and bricked our porch structure, redid our siding, installed lighting, painted, installed windows, etc. We are so happy with the end result! Our house was built in 1908 but had been stripped of a lot of its original charm. We were excited to restore its original structure and refresh the exterior in a way that kept its historical style. Fareed and Zach were helpful and responsive throughout the process. Even when hiccups came up (as they always do in any renovation), they provided options and guidance in a straightforward way. We just had our vinyl siding replaced by The Colorado Exterior Specialist and worked with Zach Pless. Zach is the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable about siding and offers great advice. The previous owners painted the vinyl with is the worst thing you can do as you can see from the pictures! His recommendation of using a shake style replacement added a much needed pickup to our 1960’s home. We love the new look and would definitely recommend Zach and plan on calling him for a deck/patio replacement!

Zach and Fareed were amazing! We had our columns refaced, bead board added, cedar shake shingles hung and our home painted in East Wash Park. These are the best vendors we have ever worked with! They were excellent in counseling us on how to achieve the colonial/traditional look we envisioned. Zach has amazing raport with all of his workers and got the high-end, difficult job done in an efficient, timely manner. We did extensive shopping around to find the right company to do this complete exterior job. We finally landed on Zach, The Colorado Exterior Specialist. They did a lot for us for a very reasonable price. Zach was not a typical pushy salesman/project manager, which i appreciated. He listened and gave his opinions and never did we fell pressured. Once we signed on for the job with him, he went the extra mile all the way through the project. I can tell he cares and takes pride in every job he does. The crew from installers to painters, did an excellent job. They were very professional and respectful while on the job. I needed my siding redone quickly since every time it rained my dining room was flooding! I called and left a message which was returned the next day. I meet with Zach who came out to give me a bid and help suggest colors. He even gave me a couple address in my neighborhood so I could check out there work as well as the colors others choose. After finalizing everything the project was completed over a holiday weekend in just 4 days!! The project manager was very friendly and made sure I was up to date as the project progressed. I even asked them to start late one day and he said it was no problem. When they were finished he walked me around the entire project to show me everything and asked for my approval. -SHARI

I worked with Zach to have the siding on my garage replaced. He understood that I wanted the replacement siding to look like the original and offered a great product solution. His communication was top notch, his team showed up when they said, worked efficiently and cleaned up before they left. I am very pleased with the work that was done at our house. The area siding and the full paint turned out better than I imagined.
