Perched above the city, this rooftop deck was in desperate need of a rebuild due to severe deterioration that led to interior leaks. We completely removed the old structure, installed new wood roof sheathing, and applied a durable EPDM roofing system to ensure long-term protection. A new wood framing system was then built to support the beautiful composite decking, offering a low-maintenance and weather-resistant surface. To enhance privacy and safety, we installed sturdy wood railings and a dividing fence between neighboring decks. Now, the homeowners can relax and enjoy their rooftop retreat without worrying about leaks or structural issues—just stunning views and total peace of mind.
