The centerpiece of this transformation is a massive second-story deck, complete with a striking gable roof covering over part of the space. This covered area provides shade and shelter, making it perfect for year-round relaxation and entertaining. Stairs with multiple landings connect the deck to the ground level, ensuring easy access to the expansive new outdoor spaces.
Below, a large concrete patio offers a versatile area for gatherings, grilling, or simply enjoying the serene landscape. The updated landscaping complements the design, tying together the property’s natural beauty with the modernized outdoor spaces.
