Arvada Elevation: A Complete Exterior Transformation
This project was a true revival of a home that had seen better days. The original exterior siding and rear deck were severely rotted, posing both functional and aesthetic challenges. Our team stepped in to restore and elevate this property, ensuring it’s now built to last and look amazing.
The transformation began with a full replacement of the exterior siding. We addressed every damaged area, reinforcing and updating the home’s structure with durable, modern materials. A fresh coat of paint brought the look together, giving the entire house a sleek, modern feel that stands out in the neighborhood.
To create a bold and cohesive entry, we added a custom black metal automated driveway gate and installed a sleek, modern garage door that complements the home’s updated aesthetic. To tie it all together, the existing metal fence surrounding the property was painted black to match, enhancing both curb appeal and continuity.
Out back, we rebuilt the deck from the ground up, creating a sunny, open space perfect for soaking up Colorado’s beautiful weather. We also added a separate covered patio that’s an entertainer’s dream—ideal for grilling, relaxing, or catching the big game in comfort and style.
