On this project we completely updated the exterior look and durability of this home located in Centennial, CO. For the siding we installed all new James Hardie (primed) siding, trim, soffit and fascia on entire home. Then painted the entire exterior with sherwin Williams super paint.
For the deck portion of the project, we replaced an existing deck, with a new larger deck. So we installed temporary support for the porch roof, demolished old deck, and build and brand new, larger deck with a staircase. For the roof cover, we installed new wood porch ceiling underneath the existing roof cover. The homeowner is enjoying the upgraded deck with more space, a staircase now, and low maintenance decking that looks effortlessly beautiful all year round.
